February 15 Group Application and fees (This is all group categories)

February 15 Group ra'atira bio, group brief bio, and group photo for souvenir program
February 15 All Souvenir Program submissions
March 1 T-shirt and Novelties Pre-Order deadline
March 7 Solo Application and fees
March 13 Group Ticket Orders and monies
March 15 Group Fact Sheets - Group bio, themes, lyrics and all other pertinent info to performance
March 15 Group Stage Sound requirements via email to mrstathiti@me.com
March 15 Lyrics to all songs for ahupurotu and aparima categories (email: mrstahiti@me.com)
March 18 Otea orero and any lyrics to original aparimas used in the Otea program (hardcopy only)
March 21 Drumming category beat list
